Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor Release Changed

What was suppose to launch in North America on October 7, 2014, is now coming out September 30. For the rest of the world, the game will be released on October 7.

Middle-Earth: Shadow of  Mordor, is an Action-Adventure game being developed by Monolith Productions Inc. In the game, you play as Talion, who is a slain Ranger who has been brought back from the dead. His mission after being resurrected, is to defeat the evil Dark Lord Sauron. The game takes place in the Lord of the Rings universe, and its part of the timeline is between the Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings. A key part of the game is discovering the origins of the Rings of Power.
