The fifth episode for the second season of the game is not even out yet, but the developers have decided to bring their award-winning franchise back to life.
At the San Diego Comic-Con, the news was told by Telltale president Kevin Bruner and Robert Kirkman, who is the creator of the Walking Dead. Listening other than the announcement, no other details were given.
Taking a look at the series, it's main character has come a long way. Clementine, who is the main character of Season Two, has been in the game since the first episode. Lee found Clementine in her tree house, and treated her like his own until his death. Lee decided to basically take Clementine in when he realized her parents were probably never going to return home from their vacation during the outbreak. Before he passed away, Lee taught Clementine how to survive, which carried over into Season Two.
Between the seasons, a DLC was released called "400 Days". It revolves around the stories of five protagonists: Vince, Wyatt, Russell, Bonnie, and Shel. Vince is a criminal who murdered a man to protect his brother. Wyatt is a man who left his friend Eddie behind in the outbreak, and journeyed on to survive alone. Russell is a college graduate, who is on his own during the outbreak. Bonnie is a recovering drug addict, who killed Leland's wife, Dee, on accident. Shel is a woman who has to make a decision on staying or leaving her drama-filled campsite.
Now in Season Two, the game revolves around Clementine. Clementine joins along other survivors (some from Season One, some from the "400 Days" DLC, and some from Season Two), in order to find safety from the world full of zombies.
