What was rumored to be released in August, is now going to release at a later date.

Minecraft, the popular open-world game from Mojang, has been delayed. At the moment, Sony is testing the game to make sure its near the final stage of development before the game is released.

Minecraft is a title that originated on the PC. It is a game about survival in a massive world. Like it says in the title, the main features of Minecraft are mining and crafting.

In the PlayStation 4 version, the world will be 36 times bigger than the PlayStation 3 version. PlayStation 3 saves can also be imported to the PlayStation 4. For digital owners of the PlayStation 3 game, upgrading to the PlayStation 4 version will cost only a small fee. The touchpad on the DualShock 4 controller will allow players to navigate all menus and crafting options in the game. Like other PlayStation 4 games, the social features will be available to use in Minecraft. For reasons to keep playing the game, there are trophies and Mojang has announced DLC for the future. Looking at the multiplayer aspect of the game, eight players can play together online. For split-screen purposes, four players can play together.
